We specialize in personalized and made-to-order jewelry. Custom items cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. Refer to product pages for production times.
5. Payment Details
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa and other secure payment methods. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Checkout.com or Paypal. Currency conversion may be handled by your card issuer.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. In-Stock Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 business days whereas Personalized / Made-To-Order Orders usually dispatch within 3-7 business days. Delivery time vary depending on region and is indicated on the product page. Tracking is provided via email.
7. Returns & Refunds
Refer to our Returns Policy. Personalized/made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
8. Promotions & Gift Offers
Promotions may be modified or canceled if misused. Multi-buy and discount codes exclude specific items. Only one code per order. Gifts with purchase are subject to availability and specific return conditions.
9. Availability of Goods
Stock availability may affect your order. In such cases, you will be refunded within 30 days. We aim to keep the website up to date, but delays in updates may occur.

13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to the SMS program or website usage will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
