  • Breakage not caused by misuse.
  • Loss of plating due to a production error.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of receiving it, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A repair, depending on the situation

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Tarnishing due to exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals.
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper care.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Changes in preference (e.g., wrong size, color change).

 

Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty does not affect your legal rights.

  • UK Customers are entitled to protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows returns or repairs for faulty items within a reasonable time period—up to 6 years.
  • US Customers are protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which ensures fair, clear warranty practices when a warranty is offered.
