Returns

This return policy is valid for the countries: United Kingdom and United States of America.

You have the right to return 14 days after the arrival of your order. 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
• The item must not be personalized, customized, or made to order.

Please note: Items that show signs of wear or have been customized/personalized are not eligible for return and we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

To receive an immediate replacement:

• Contact us at info@mymonikers.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo or video clearly showing the damage.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, as quickly as possible.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
