We take pride in crafting meaningful jewelry that’s as unique as you are. Every personalized piece is made to order, designed with love, and carefully crafted based on your custom selections.

What You Can Personalize

When shopping with us, you can customize the following features for your jewelry:

• Chain length: Choose from 14–16 in, 16–18 in, 18–20 in, 20–22 in, or 22–24 in.
• Finish: Select your preferred color – 18K Gold, 18K Rose Gold, or Sterling Silver Plated.
• Engraving: Add your own engraved message on a disc, bar, or charm.
• Name customization: Personalize necklaces, bracelets, rings, and more with your name or a loved one’s.
• Photo Projection Jewelry: Upload a cherished photo to be encapsulated inside a charm or secret locket.
• Charm Selection: Mix and match birth month flowers, birthstones, zodiac signs, crosses, and more to create a chain that tells your story.
• Layered Designs: Create your own multi-layered necklace or bracelet with meaningful combinations.

Each item is handcrafted after you place your order to reflect your unique style and selections.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom orders require extra care to ensure everything is made exactly to your specifications.

No Returns on Personalized Items

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order jewelry, unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item received is incorrect

In these rare cases, we’ll be happy to replace it at no cost. Simply contact us at info@mymonikers.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo or video of the item showing the issue
