Jewelry Care Tips
To preserve the shine and quality of your jewelry, we recommend:
- Avoid moisture: Keep jewelry away from water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
- Remove before physical activity: Take off your jewelry before exercising, swimming, or sleeping to avoid stress or damage.
- Store properly: Store your pieces in a dry, sealed pouch or jewelry box to prevent tangling and tarnishing.
- Clean gently: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to maintain shine. Avoid abrasive materials or cleaners not intended for plated or delicate jewelry.
Repairs & Replacements
We offer free repairs or replacements for jewelry that arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
To request a repair or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mymonikers.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If your jewelry is eligible under our 30-day warranty, we’ll provide a repair or a replacement at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
Our repair support does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper care or accidents
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Lost or stolen items
- Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals or water
